Blytheville School District will be hosting the 4A State Basketball Tournament February 28 - March 4. Students will be dismissed early to ensure that campuses are cleared and those who want to attend tournament games have the opportunity to do so. The Tenaris Afterschool Program will proceed as scheduled.
Come out to the Blytheville High School Old Gym on March 11, 2023. The Arkansas Wrestling Association will be hosting Wrestling for a Cure. VIP tickets are $30 and Ringside tickets are $20. Both include early entry from 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM with a meet and greet along with ringside seats. General admission is $12. Entry begins at 6:00 PM. Bell rings at 7:30 PM. Chickasaw Spirit items are available for purchase at the BHS main entrance today, February 22-Friday, February 24 from 11:00-2:00. The BHS PTO has a variety of items: yard signs, car flags, license plates, stickers, t-shirts, pom poms, rally towels, and 3 different types of cups.
Blytheville School District had the opportunity to host the Area 13 Special Olympics on Wednesday, February 16, 2023. Students from Gosnell, Armorel, Manila, West Memphis, Rivercrest and other surrounding schools participated. It was a great experience for our students and community.

The health center provides more services than a school nurse and is not to replace the school nurse. The goal is to provide a resource center for wellness and prevention in an effort to reduce barriers to learning, such as absenteeism, mental health issues, and trauma.

8th Grade Career Day is planned for Feb 16 from 9-2:30 pm. at the Blytheville Arena. All 8th graders are encouraged to attend. Come dressed to impress.
