The Blytheville Social Art Club donated School Spirit Scarves to the Blytheville High School Cheerleaders. The Blytheville High School PTO will be selling Chickasaw Pride T-Shirts at the main gate at the Haley Field during the Blytheville vs Rivercrest Football game on Friday, November 4th. Sales will start at 5:30 PM. All sizes are $10 each.

BHS students from Art, JAG, and Target clubs spent their Halloween evening giving back to our community by handing out candy and painting faces at Trick or Treat on Main.
BHS Seniors attended a College Fair at ANC, visited with several colleges along with other area Seniors today.
They were visited yesterday by University of Arkansas along with Chancellor Robinson about the importance of applying early to college and for scholarships.
“The Civil Rights Legacy” On October 28, 2022 in Blytheville, Arkansas at the Nonviolence Youth Summit, the Arkansas MLK Commission will honor “living witnesses to history” and descendants of civil rights champions who are sharing their rich legacies with the next generation of leaders at an awards ceremony. The recipients will also interact with students in breakout sessions prior to the ceremony.

Volleyball Senior Night Postponed Until September 29th
September is a big month for PTO. We will have our annual Title I Meeting meeting starting at 5:30 pm. During our monthly meeting which starts at 6pm officer elections will be held. Join us for an amazing opportunity to worm together to enrich the educational experience.
Senior Volleyball players will be recognized tomorrow night, Thursday September 15th at their game that follows the Junior Varsity. Come and show your support. As a reminder balloons are not allowed in the arena.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on today, September 13th from 3:30-5:30 PM and Friday, September 16th from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. September 16th is a non-school day for students. Please make plans to check on the progress of your child during one of these times. We hope to see you there.
