Registration will be held at Blytheville Middle School July 18-21, 2022. Please come register your child during this time so we have current information. The first day for students is August 8th.

July 18th-6th grade
July 19th-7th grade
July 20th- 8th grade
July 21st- New to District and all grades
*** any combination of the following for parents with multiple children
8:30-3:30 daily
Location:
1. BMS Registration will be held in the BMS cafeteria.
2. If construction is completed in the cafeteria by July 18th, registration may be moved to the BMS library.
Registration Documentation:
Parents/ Guardians of students new to the district must bring the following items:
Parent/Guardian must provide driver’s license or state identification
Child’s Birth Certificate
Child’s Social Security Card
Child’s Immunization records
Proof of Residency (2 documents required): Example recent utility bill (electric, water , or gas)- Cable , telephone etc.
Custody Documents
Returning students to the district must complete packets but will be notified if their folders do not contain the above documentation.
Registration guidelines:
Registration packets will be completed on campus. Packets will not be sent home. Parents/Guardians must be prepared to stay.
