Today was the last meeting of the year for BMS FBLA Chapter. Students are getting signed up for competitions for the FBLA conference in February. There will be several categories to compete in districts with our regional members which will be held in Pocahontas, AR. Wish them luck!


The Blytheville music department will present their Christmas concert Tuesday December 12th in the BHS auditorium.


There will be a PTO meeting held in the BMS library next Tuesday December 5th.

Last week, students at BMS visited the Tuskegee Airman Rise Above exhibition on display at Eaker Air Force Base.

Students in the STAR science classes have been learning about heat and energy, gravity, and ecology.
HEAT AND ENERGY MODULE: Activity showing how energy travels through a food web.
GRAVITY MODULE: Determining force of gravity on a free falling object using data they collect.
ECOLOGY: Testing the pH of the classroom aquarium.

Join us on Main Street for a spooky good time this evening from 4:00-6:00 PM. Blytheville School District will be passing out candy along with other businesses and organizations. We look forward to seeing your family there!


🎉Parents, the 📚Scholastic Book Fair📚 is now open on the middle school campus! This year's Book Fair is going to be epic! 🎉😀🥳








Students in book club had a wonderful time at the Delta Gateway Museum in Blytheville.











The Blytheville School District is in need of four retired teachers to work with the scholars at the Primary and Elementary schools in Math and Literacy.
The teachers are needed three days per week and two hours on each day. Interested candidates can contact Dr. Malcolm Jones at majones@blythevilleschools.net.

Students in Mrs. Oneal's class are getting a feel for on the job training and exploring options for their future perspective goals through Virtual Simulation on loan from the Co-op. Students will have this resource up until October 27th. They will examine these opportunities and complete an informative assessment.
