Congratulations to Blytheville School District’s Division I, II, and III Structure teams for advancing in the Arkansas Odyssey of the Mind State competition today in Conway, AR. They will get to attend World Finals in Lansing, Michigan. #ChickasawPride

Our district’s incredible teachers know their students’ unique needs better than anyone. Through DonorsChoose, they can use that knowledge to help fund projects that bolster their vision for high-quality instruction in the classroom. We’re grateful for this partnership and for the caring donors helping our school communities become stronger, so that our Blytheville students can thrive.
Blytheville High School has been awarded a $50,000 classroom makeover grant from NextEra Energy Resources through its charitable arm, NextEra Energy Foundation, to improve technology, equipment and resources as part of a continued commitment to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education. Blytheville High School will use the funds awarded to purchase new lab stations, textbooks, software and robotic supplies. These materials will help provide students with a more modern science education and better prepare them for science careers and trades beyond high school. Congratulations to Cametriss Spann, Blytheville High School Science Teacher for her hard work toward earning this grant for the BHS Science Department.

Blytheville School District will be closed Monday, March 20- Friday, March 24 for Spring Break. We will return to school on Monday, March 27.

Anyone who wasn’t able to enter the 4A State Tournament game on Thursday, March 2, but bought a ticket will need to email GoFan at service@gofan.co. You will need to reference the event that you weren’t able to attend. Requests for refunds must be made this week. After the week is over, refunds will not be issued for this event.
